The Wall Street Journal reports that the Marin County community of Point Reyes Station, population 800, is ground zero in a "nasty" newspaper war between two weekly newspapers.
"Last month, the upstart West Marin Citizen accused the more-established Point Reyes Light of attempting a hostile takeover. The Citizen's owner-publisher, Joel Hack, having filed for Chapter 13 personal bankruptcy, says the Light's owners are trying to take advantage of his financial situation to snatch the paper from him.
