Another 'hyper local' network launches
TechCrunch. Called Neighbortree, it plans to provide free, interactive neighborhood websites to any type of residential community, including neighborhoods, subdivisions, condominiums and apartment buildings. Here's a live example. Neighbortree, based in Kansas City, launched a month ago and has raised $120,000 in seed money from angel investors, according to TechCrunch.
